Four networks are set up to reach an urban and active clientele specifically
targeted for their interest in cultural products and events. The network
is mainly concentrated in neighbourhoods in the center of Montreal
as well as in restaurants, cafés, bookstores, shops, educational
institutions, broadcasting centres and other public locations. A similar
but smaller distribution in Quebec City is also available.
